My name is Minjung, but some people call me Frida because it’s easier to pronounce. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and I live in the greater Philadelphia, PA area with my husband. I wish I could say we live with dogs or cats to add more loveliness to our lives, but unfortunately, my husband is allergic. However, I do enjoy spending time with my in-laws’ cat, Auggie.
I’ve been in the banking industry since 2008 and have worked in mortgages since 2012. Mortgages are fascinating to me because every case is different. Each one requires careful thought, attention to detail, and multiple steps to reach a successful closing. Like the name of my website, Fundsitive, I believe the mortgage process is both sensitive and delicate.
There are many first-time homebuyers who don’t know where to start, and even for professionals like me, the process can feel overwhelming at times. That’s why I created this website – to help make the mortgage journey easier for anyone looking to finance their home, an investment property, or a second home.
